Results may vary when using cold & hot therapy. It is strongly suggested that you work with your healthcare provider before making any purchases of medical equipment or supplies. We do not guarantee that a cold & hot therapy product will treat your condition or relieve all symptoms. All cold & hot therapy products have a minimum 30-day warranty.

Exchange Policy

Mistakes happen! If you ordered the wrong item it's likely eligible for an exchange as long as it's in new, unused condition (cold & hot therapy pads can only be exchanged if they're still sealed). Send an email to service@clifflag.com requesting an exchange. If you're eligible we'll send you an authorization number and a return shipping label. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

When sending items back please write or print this authorization number on the shipping box or label. You'll also need to write it on a piece of paper and include it inside the shipping box. DO NOT WRITE ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING! CLIFFLAG.com is not responsible for lost return packages. If necessary provide a tracking number to us via email.

Returns and Cancellations

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet we'll cancel it and issue a full refund minus a 3.5% cancellation fee. If your order has already been shipped you can return the product(s) for a refund (see below for more information).

RETURNS

You can return items within 14-days of receiving them. Items have to be in new, unused condition and contain all the original packaging and instruction materials. Cold & hot therapy devices and pads cannot be returned and can only be replaced under warranty. If you have a question about the return eligibility of a particular product please contact customer service. Shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will not be issued for refused shipments. We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or replacements of products that have been damaged by customer misuse, abuse or failure to properly follow product instructions.

To initiate a return, send an e-mail to service@clifflag.com requesting a return. If you're eligible we'll send you an authorization number and a return shipping label. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
